Our Enterprise Services Team (EST) is made up of subject-matter experts who provide technical, on-demand support and high-functioning project deployment for medium-sized organizations needing additional IT support outside of their internal departments. Our EST involvement varies from simple one-day services to complex multi-year projects that require heavier collaboration. We handle all aspects of each project with seamless involvement – from strategy design to implementation and handoff.
Our project-based services can either be performed onsite or remotely, depending on your business’s needs. If your company is in need of a dedicated internal IT department, hiring our Enterprise Services Team is a great way to experience our service level before making a long-term commitment via a Managed Services Team (MST). We can also provide our EST support on an as-needed basis and can even adapt to offering our IT services on short notice.

Our Enterprise Services are catered to your company’s unique needs. We offer an hourly rate based on the experience level required from the IT professional selected to get the job done. This may include support from a vCIO, Enterprise Services Engineer, Enterprise Services Administrator, or IT Project Manager.
